On June 6, the CLASSOUND service experienced two instances of partial outage in the EU and USA regions. These outages were caused by an internal service error in multiple locations. The first outage occurred from 09:05 to 10:18 GMT +1, and the second one took place from 12:55 to 13:15 GMT +1.

Upon detecting the issue, the CLASSOUND Team swiftly initiated their disaster recovery process. Currently, the incident is in the clarification stage, where a detailed analysis is being conducted. The main objective is to understand the root cause of the error and to prevent similar occurrences in the future. The CLASSOUND Team is dedicated to thoroughly investigating the incident, identifying any underlying issues or vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate measures to enhance the stability and reliability of their service.

We are currently experiencing an outage on our Italy network. Some service's DIDs might not work properly. This is due to a huge fire outbreak in Roma Tiburtina street in front of Verano cemetery. Most of the fiber suppliers are involved in this accident. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible but there is no ETR at this point.

We will keep you posted once more information is available.
