CLASSOUND experienced a widespread outage due to an exceptionally high volume of unauthorized voice traffic from a few trusted partner operators. The Wildix Tech Team promptly initiated all available measures to address and resolve this issue swiftly and notify the partner operators of the problems ongoing on their networks. Proactive steps have been implemented to prevent the recurrence of such issue in the future.
