Following the previously reported outage, we identified that the issue impacted data processing for a subset of customers.
During 13:58 to 15:13 UTC, some customers experienced loss of CDRs, transcriptions and Sales Intelligence data. Data generated during this time window cannot be recovered.
The service has been fully restored and is operating normally. We have confirmed that the issue is no longer affecting incoming data.
We are conducting an internal review and implementing additional safeguards to prevent similar incidents in the future.
