One of CLASSOUND local lines is currently experiencing an outage with terminating calls traffic to +33 dial codes numbers in France.
Our technical team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
CLASSOUND service has been restored. The issue was caused by an interconnection failure involving Orange, which was identified and resolved by our local line Support in France.
Our local line in France is currently experiencing an issue with an interconnection involving Orange. Approximately 40% of calls are impacted.
The incident is being addressed in collaboration with the operator, and stabilization actions are underway.
