One of CLASSOUND local lines is currently experiencing an outage with terminating inbound calls traffic to +33 dial codes numbers in France.
Our technical team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
CLASSOUND service has been restored.
France's local line had a major outage in Voice/Cloud Service due to a routing software fault. A Kernel Oops caused disruptions, but isolating the faulty chassis and reducing external traffic restored normal operations. Management is fast-tracking a project to enhance system performance.
