Wildix faced a partial outage on PBXs without "Static IP" feature enabled. The affected regions are: Frankfurt, Milan, London and Paris. Part of the PBXs deployed in aforementioned zones, after changing IPs over the weekend, Sep 14-15, got partial disruption of service.
The geolocation of the new subnet ranges was not yet fully delivered to all databases and services and matched to Canada so it resulted in interruptions in calls through provider trunks and PBX accessibility from networks closed by firewalls with Geo-restricted rules enabled.
