One of CLASSOUND local lines experienced difficulties in processing audio to +43 dial code numbers in Austria.
Our technical team contacted the local line Support and identified the firewall restrictions dropping audio streams from new PBX IPs applied this weekend. As a quick solution, we have reverted PBXs IPs and are now discussing a new IPs range whitelisting to avoid the issue in the future.
