CLASSOUND service is currently experiencing a partial outage affecting outbound calls of particular customers. At this time, it was identified as the system performance degradation.

Our technical team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Until further notice refraining from multiple call attempts is highly appreciated to facilitate progress towards a solution.

CLASSOUND service has been restored.

After the billing subsystem update, a part of users' accounts appeared to be misconfigured which led to the service authorization disruptions. The issue has been resolved by restoring the affected accounts from the backup. CLASSOUND technical team applies the measures to prevent the issue from recurrence and to enhance the backup restoration process.
