Incident resolution:
On October 17th 20:00 ET, there was a temporary outage in the CLASSOUND USA DIDs Database, which led to data inconsistency issues. Consequently, the majority of USA DIDs were inaccessible for both incoming and outgoing calls. Our team restored the database within a span of 1 hour and 25 minutes, and the DIDs became operational once again.
In response to this incident, we are taking several proactive measures to prevent similar issues in the future. These measures include optimising the database and implementing replication, enhancing the restoration process, and fortifying our data consistency safeguards through various storage mechanisms.
