We’re currently experiencing degraded performance issues with CLASSOUND service for US customers. SMS service and calls are affected.
We have observed the continued stability of the affected service. We will continue to monitor service for ongoing stability.
We are currently investigating an incident impacting Inbound and Outbound calling at this time. Customers may experience intermittent call failures or voice quality issues.
After continued services stability. We consider this incident resolved.
