    Connectivity issue for Cloud PBXs in single Availability Zone in London region

    AWS are having some issues in the London region, which are affecting our Cloud PBXs in this zone. We are working with AWS to reduce the impact to a minimum.

  • We starting to see recovery for impaired Cloud PBXs. At this stage, the vast majority of PBXs have recovered and we continue to work on the instances that are still affected
