On February, 1, due to power/connectivity issue in a single London AWS availability zone (euw2-az3), 125 PBXs were unavailable for around two hours and 65 PBXs for less than one hour (on total more than 2000 PBXs are hosted in the London zone). We worked with AWS to reduce the impact to a minimum and will keep working to further improve the availability of our services.
